East West Model School, located in the outskirts of Bardhaman town, is an English Medium, Co-Ed School imparting education to Pre-Primary, Primary and Secondary level students (Nursery–XII). The school is affiliated to ISC & ICSE. The aim of East West Model School is to inculcate in the young minds the true spirit of education with equal emphasis on western scientific knowledge and what is best in the oriental System of Education. The name of the school – East West Model School –reflects the school’s commitment to this ideal of synthesis, as visualized by Swami Vivekananda and Gurudev Rabindranath Tagore and many other great sons of India. The school provides maximum opportunities for all-round development of the child. Apart from academics, the school offers a wide range of co-curricular activities like the Annual Function, the Sports Meet. All the pupils are motivated to participate and perform in such events at their level of excellence.
